The TRICKSTER Masterclass in Video Jamming was held in Adelaide, SA, at Ngapartji Multimedia Centre, between February 26 - 28, 2002.
The Masterclass was co-curated by leading international live video artist VJ IKO (Portugal) and Adelaide-based VJ artist’s, inCube. For three days the participants, all Australian artists, presented and discussed their work. Each evening the artists projected live images into the street-front Njapartji cafe.

Elements the participants found most useful for their art practice:
- Sharing techniques with others and seeing how other artists use these techniques in their practice
- The intensive but supportive format of the Masterclass that allowed artists to learn at their own pace.
- The consolidation and acquisition of new technical jargon appropriate for the art form.
TRICKSTER was presented by ANAT in association with the Adelaide Fringe Festival and was supported by the Australian Film Commission.
